John Michael Radziwill
Director, Chairman, President
John Michael Radziwill serves as President and Chairman of CTM Ltd., representing founding member Bretta Navigation Corporation. Before stepping down as CEO in 2025, John Michael held the dual role of Chairman and CEO of CTM Ltd.’s manager, C Transport Maritime SAM between 2010 and 2025 having held various positions within the company prior to that.
Since 2016, Mr. Radziwill has also served as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of GoodBulk Ltd., a dry bulk ship-owning company listed on the Norwegian OTC market under the symbol BULK. From May 8, 2013 to May 20, 2016, he served as a Director of Euronav NV.
Mr. Radziwill is a member of the American Bureau of Shipping and the Baltic Exchange. He graduated from Brown University in 2002 with a BA in Economics.
Carlos Pena
Director, Deputy Chairman, Vice President
Carlos Pena serves as Director of CTM Ltd. and was appointed by founding member Bretta Navigation Corporation. Mr. Pena has more than 25 years of experience in the shipping industry across a variety roles.
Since 2025, he has served as Chief Executive Officer of CTM Ltd.’s manager, C Transport Maritime SAM. Prior to this appointment, he served as Chief Commercial Officer from 2019 and has been with the company since 2004.
Mr. Pena has also served as a Director of GoodBulk Ltd. since 2016. Earlier in his career, he worked at Compañía Sud Americana de Vapores (CSAV), one of Chile’s leading shipping companies.
He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso in Chile.
Satoru Ogawa
Director
Satoru Ogawa serves as Director of CTM Ltd. He has also served as the General Manager of the Shipping Division at Tokyo Century Corporation since 2022.
Mr. Ogawa joined Tokyo Century upon graduation and has been engaged in the ship finance sector since 2008. Throughout his career, he has been instrumental in launching the company’s ship owning business and establishing various joint ventures with partner companies. Notably, he was engaged in structuring Japan’s first sustainability-linked JOLCO (Japanese Operating Lease with Call Option).
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Saitama University
Koichi Onaka
Director
Koichi Onaka serves as Director of CTM Ltd. Since joining Tokyo Century Corporation in 2021, he has served as the Global Head of Maritime & Shipping, focusing on ship owning, ship finance, leasing, and investments in maritime-related opportunities.
Mr. Onaka has over 30 years of experience in banking and overseas management. Prior to Tokyo Century, he spent eight years as an Executive Managing Officer at Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank, where he was responsible for corporate finance and global maritime and shipping businesses.
Earlier in his career, he held various key positions at Sumitomo Trust Bank, including Head of the Treasury Office, Head of Investor Relations, and Head of EMEA based in London.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from Kobe University.
Michael Steensland Brun
Director
Michael Steensland-Brun serves as Director of CTM Ltd. Since 2010, he has served as Executive Chairman of the Steensland family office, focusing on its direct shipping investments and related financial investments. Michael is also Chairman of Solvang ASA.
Prior to joining the family business, Michael worked as a shipbroker at BRS in London, and at BTMU Capital Corporation in London and Boston, where he covered shipping and offshore.
He graduated from the University of Newcastle in 2004 with a BA in History & Politics, and from Bayes Business School in 2006 with an MSc in Shipping, Trade & Finance.
Luigi Pulcini
Director
Luigi Pulcini serves as Director of CTM Ltd. and was appointed by founding member Bretta Navigation Corporation.
Mr. Pulcini served as Chief Financial Officer of CTM Ltd.’s manager, C Transport Maritime SAM from its inception in 2004 until 2025. He also served as Chief Financial Officer of GoodBulk Ltd., a dry bulk ship-owning company listed on the Norwegian OTC market under the symbol BULK.
Mr. Pulcini is also a Director of CBC Holding Ltd. Prior to joining C Transport Maritime, he held various positions at Coeclerici Group, including Chief Financial Officer, from 1995 to 2002. He began his career at Arthur Andersen.
Mr. Pulcini is a member of the Italian Association of Dottori Commercialisti (Chartered Accountants) and Revisori dei Conti. He holds a degree in Economics from the University of Genoa.
